The BBC Asian Network goes Bollywood crazy!

BBC Asian Network, the popular British radio station, is showcasing some of the greatest talent from Bollywood live on air from Mumbai on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 November 2004. Breakfast presenter Nikki Bedi will fly out to Bollywood presenting her show and giving top 'must do' tips on Mumbai. Nikki will have the pleasure of co-hosting with Aamir Khan who will test his presenting skills live on the BBC Asian Network. Throughout the weekend the presenters will be joined by Bollywood's finest including Adnan Sami, Kareena Kapoor and celebrity couples, who will be tested on their knowledge of the movie industry as well as how well they know each other. For old gold fans legendary actor Shammi Kapoor will be talking to the Asian Network about his career and the man behind his songs. Other interviews include Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, heartthrob Shah Rukh Khan, the gorgeous Preity Zinta and much more. The flamboyant duo Raj & Pablo are also presenting the Film Café with an array of Bollywood celebrities joining them in the studio, giving live interviews, tips and advice on the biggest film industry in the world. Raj & Pablo will be visiting the recording sets in the famous film city studios and talking to playback artists on their roles in blockbuster hits. The Asian Network is available on digital, online and MW frequency in the Midlands.
