Director: Dharmesh Darshan PREDICTED RATING: 8/10 Bollywood fans have been waiting to watch real life couple Karisma Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan on the big screen together for a while now. It is a complete casting coup for director Dharmesh Darshan to finally unite the duo in a film together for the very first time in his latest love triangle Haan Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya. Of course, since this is the same director that gave Karisma her break through movie Raja Hindustani, it's hardly surprising that she gave him back such an exclusive cast. The movie is about a happy young couple, Pooja (Karisma Kapoor) and Shiv (Abhishek Bachchan). They have everything going for them. Whilst Pooja is an intelligent and beautiful girl with a bright future, Shiv is an easy going, bright boy whose competitive nature promises to take him to the top of the corporate ladder. Whilst planning their future together, Puja's idealistic personality leads to her decision that she is willing to give up her career to become a house wife. However their relationship encounters troubled waters and the plans they once made together are jeopardised. Enter the third angle of this triangle, Raj Malhotra (Akshay Kumar). He basically has a good heart and offers Pooja a shoulder to cry on when things go wrong. He is also hopelessly in love with her and will do anything to make her a permanent part of his life. Those who have watched parts of the film claim director Dharmesh Darshan has a huge winner on his hands and there is no doubt that Haan Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya is one of the most awaited movies of the year. The music for the film, by Nadeem Shravan, is already climbing up the charts and becoming more and more popular. Now we'll have to wait and watch whether the actual movie does the same thing and whether Abhishek has his first major hit. RELATED LINKS:
