HUM HO GAYE AAP KE

Producer: Venus
Director: Ahathian
Music: Nadeem Shravan
Lyrics: Sameer
Cast: Fardeen Khan, Reema Sen, Suresh Oberoi and Suman Ranganathan

PREDICTED RATING: 6/10

Southside director Ahathian ventures to apna Bollywood with the Venus film, Hum Ho Gaye Aap Ke scheduled for release on August 3. Ahathian Starring Fardeen Khan, Apoorva Agnihotri attempting a comeback and Reema Sen, daughter of Moon Moon Sen, the film hopefully should being about some cheer with the young bubbly cast.

The story is nothing unusual though. Fardeen Khan is Rishi, a scion of a wealthy empire, who believes that wealth is the key to all things in life. The principle is obviously inherited from his father Suresh Oberai.

In the typical Bollywood style Rishi's best buddy is a middle class guy Mohan with middle class values, that is apna Apoorva 'Pardes' Agnihotri as Mohan, in a new avtaar.

All is well and the buddies are buddies despite differences till a pretty woman invades their lives in the form of Chandni that is Reema Sen. And therein begin the love tracks, the angles, the triangles and the quadrangles etc etc till all that is well obviously ends well.

What could make the difference in this oft-repeated Bollywood plot is Ahathian's narration and presentation style.

If we go by mythology, Ahathian was one sage that made a difference to both earth and heaven alike.

Let us keep our fingers crossed! And hope this director lives up to his name.
