Fida is the story Jai, Neha and Vikram, all of different characters and views about life in general. Jai (Shahid Kapoor), dreams of falling in love with that perfect girl. He wishes comes true when he sees her one day. Neha (Kareena Kapoor ) is that girl whom Jai falls for. She eventually gives in to his advances because Jai is prepared to do anything for her. The third person in this story is Vikram (Fardeen Khan), a rich businessman who has his own tale of love to tell.

The twist in this Bollywood film comes, when a major heist worth millions of dollars successfully takes place. This happens online on the internet. This wipes out the business accounts of two major companies. No one knows who is responsible for this online robbery. The bosses are now out to catch the culprits. They are prepared to do anything to get their money back.
