Film maker Rakesh Roshan has roped in Deepika Padukone and Sharman Joshi for their forthcoming flick.

Initially, Rakesh Roshan was planning to cast a more popular face for the lead actor’s role. However, as it is basically a heroine-oriented film, no actor worth his name or value was willing to oblige the senior Roshan.

Hence, he had to settle on Sharman Joshi.
