Early figures from the United States show that the Aamir Khan social flick Taare Zameen Par has managed to achieve a good start at the Box Office.

Showing on 70 screens it managed to collect a whopping $352,568, with an average of $5,036 per screen. The film opened up at number 20 in the charts.

This is the first time that an Aamir Khan has done this well in the States.
