Rehman’s qawwali edited from Jodhaa Akbar

Ashutosh Gowarikar made a tough decisio recently when he decided to omit the lavishly shot qawwali sung by ace music composer A.R. Rehman.

Already,the film has two songs edited out, one of which is a qawwali.

According to our RS correspondent Tony, “Gowariker did not want the flow to suffer. Therefore, the lavishly shot songs had to go.”
