They say lightning never strikes twice in the same place, but for Salman Khan this has been the case.
The actor was very upset when he realised his 45 minute role in Saawariya was cut to just 10 minutes. But, being the ever-forgiving guy he is, he shrugged it of and didn’t take it to heart. Saawariya director Sanjay Leela Bhansali was forgiven.
Now what happened next, Salman didn’t expect… It is common knowledge that Salman Khan has written a script, titled Veer, and is getting ready to produce the movie under his own banner. It is also well known that Apne director Anil Sharma is expected to direct this film. But, did you know that Salman had initially approached Sanjay Leela Bhansali to direct?
Yes, that was the case. But, not settling for cutting Salman’s role in Saawariya, Bhansali turned his offer of direction down too. It seems that Bhansali told Salman that he is way too busy to start working on any new projects, and that he would gladly direct Veer for him, but only after his current films are completed.
Once again… Salman was struck… and once again by Bhansali. Was it not Salman that started of Bhansali’s career in Bollywood? Was it not Salman that stuck by him after the flop of Khamoshi? Was it not Salman that went to him even after being publicly humuliated for his part in Saawaraya? Why would you then not help out a friend who has been at your side for so long?
Reports suggest that Bhansali is busy working on a film that will star Salman Khan’s ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and doesn’t want to work on any other projects. Some reports even suggest that Bhansali was not happy with the final draft of Salman’s self-written script of Veer.
Whatever the reasons are, what is quite clear is that Bhansali has once again backstabbed one of Bollywood’s gentle giants. And once again that gentle giant has forgiven him. Is it not now time for Salman Khan to stop working for others, and doing favours for for them, and concentrate solely on his own career? Has this caring attitude affected Salman’s career? Sanjay Leela Bhansali should be ashamed of himself. Every time Salman Khan helped SLB when he needed support. And SLB is too selfish. I hope in future every time, SLB make flop films. He ditched Salman Khan & we, Salman fans never forgive SLB.

i too feel slb has gone over his head.the day when this director fails,it will be no one but salman who comes to his rescue.but i feel salman should stop doing favors for people who dont recognise it and return.salman u deserve the best ,my dear.stop craving for such people.
