When the lights go off, cameras go on and capture the dark side of fame to add a glamorous tittle-tattle in their magazines. Media derives power from within but in the glamour industry it uses this uncontrolled power as a device to vigorously watch other’s life.
One flash in a wrong pose can destroy or escalate the career of the starry horses that run from one end to other in search of freedom – the cost of stardom.
Rohan (Tushar Jalota) is constantly disturbed by the media intervention in his personal life, reason being his astounding success and fame. Rohan is completely satisfied, both in terms of career and personal self, as he has a stunning girlfriend.
Rohan is under the thick scanner of paparazzi, who is waiting to titillate any and everything that seems to be interesting.
Things go out of control when Rohan is caught in a mysterious accident, which takes place while he chases Tara – a prostitute. Media certainly does not leave this opportunity to destroy the image of a star.
More importantly, there lies a connection between Rohan and Tara, who is now fighting for her life in coma. On the other facet of glory, Rohan is hell bent on settling his score with Tara.
Too many plots seem to be mingling in one cinema – Showbiz. It will be interesting to see Rohan get justice, for all the good things he has done and media being taught a lesson for all the untidy things they have done.
