Satish Kaushik’s Karzzzz will retain are three of Laxmikant-Pyarelal’s songs namely Dard-e-dil, Om shanti om and the theme song Ek haseena thi from Subhash Ghai’s evergreen classic ‘Karz’.
Likewise, all the songs will be retouched by Himesh to lend a fresh feel to the soundtrack.
Says Satish, “But even the adapted songs will be be interpreted in a new way. They’ll be sung and re-designed by Himesh. And just as in the original, the theme Ek hasina tthi will be used in the background throughout my film.”
