Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and legend Amitabh Bachchan have finally given up the cold war between them and made peace.
According to some Internet reports, Shah Rukh was shooting for a commercial on Set No. 2 at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai’s Bandra area, when he suddenly left the set and went over to to Set No. 3. According to a source, King Khan had noticed that Big B was shooting for Sujoy Ghosh’s Alladin and wanted to talk to him about a recent media hyped issue concerning the two. Says our source, “When Shah Rukh learnt that Amitji was shooting next door, he walked up to him and both embraced each other. It was surprising and the shoot came to a standstill for almost five minutes.”
The reason behind this olive branch offering from Shah Rukh was the Amitabh Bachchan no-show at last week’s Smita Thackeray AIDS event. Bachchan refused to attend the event after hearing that Shah Rukh was already present at the venue.

Both actors are very proudy nature. hence i dont like both. I Like Amir Khan Because he is born actor and real actor and real legend.
d media contributed in making amitabh feeling he is a superior. so i see no reason why shah rukh wont behave that way to him.

Yes, I do agree with that gentleman Nigeria, to some extent the media and AB himself are very very proud and …….. as well, I have seen in media news that SHAH RUKH KHAN has always extended the hand of friendship and respect to him, but AB & family do what it suits to them. So, sorry, and with due respect I am writing this, because once there was a time that I used to like him, but since he has started all this mess with SHAH RUKH KHAN and he does prove it himself and AB’s family as well the way they behave with SHAH RUKH KHAN… Well, we do respect SHAH RUKH KHAN because no one is that humble of his callibre as he is, yes, other * big * actors are learning from him, and started attending the interviews and functions and doing everything to follow him. But SHAH RUKH IS SHAH RUKH and he is KING KHAN. GOD BLESS HIM AND HIS FAMILY. Amen!
What war? There was NEVER any war between these two, it was all media created. There’s been several photos at events showing them together hugging, talking and laughing. Cant believe the media creates these stories and people believe this crap! Look at this article for example, it adds in words like ‘our source says…’. You can create any article you want with such wording. Start naming your sources then there’s something concrete to talk about. Wake up readers!!
Saima what you are saying is not true. Did you know that PAHELI a film produced by SRK had AB in it in a special role.
SRK apparently wrote a check of 50lakhs for his small role and sent it to AB. What did AB do, he returned it saying what are friends for, he did that film for free.
Even SRK was taken back by this gesture.

I think this whole cold war was just a media story.
Its all media both had little issues but no wars cz they came together to toronto and were talking and laughing i took big b’s pictures he looked so sharp and fresh even though he is 24 years older then srk and srk he is todays superstar great actor of this time but show some respect to the one who is known as SHAHENSHA the great legend amitabh who is still working so hard what amir khan amir khan never comes in movies in which he is alone no good actors wait till u see him with srk or amitabh he wont be acting he would be dancing on a song and saying “eh kia bolti tuu ” but amitabh and srk always doing challenging roles and competing with good actors so both amitabh and srk are superstars and legends one from past one from present and amir khan is 3rd he is not a legend yet but good actor

maybe its the media or maybe its just Amithabh, who knows
because from following every steps of srk I see srk as a very respectful and kind person and I have also keep a close eye on AB and boy he is something else
but again it can be the media that create all this because of the movies that srk and AB did like mohabbatein and K3g, remember what those movies are about, especially mohabbatein and I think its really after that, that the media started to say stuff
