Actor Fardeen Khan finally returned to India and went straight to court.

Fardeen told the court that he attempted to buy cocaine when he was arrested in 2001. Nine grams of the banned substance were found on Fardeen. The court is expected to frame charges against Fardeen once it has heard a reply from the posecution.

A special court hearing was scheduled for last week but Fardeen was unable to attend as he had lost his passport in USA.
