Parzania director Rahul Dholakia is planning a film with producers GS Entertainment set in Kashmir.

The thriller will cover all angles, including the terrorists and the army, and the displaced pundits and aggrieved locals. Dholiakia has just returned from Kashmir with 45 hours of footage and interviews and is now in talks with top-name actor Sanjay Dutt for the lead.

Naseeruddin Shah, Sarika, and Paresh Rawal are also being lined up for key roles.
