Check out the following photo from the sets of Bhoothnath, which stars Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.
The film is about a family (Shah Rukh Khan, Juhi Chawla, and their child Banku) who move into a haunted house. Banku makes friends with the ghost (Amitabh Bachchan) and gradually transforms him into an angel.

After all these news of rivalry between SRK and BIG B, it is the Picture of the year.
there is no rivalry in between them…one is a legend ( actor of the millenium ) ..anothr one is the most popular indian actor ever…both r gr8 in their own ways..srk was a fan of mr bachchan …jst like newcomers like hritik , shahid n rest r fans of srk, amir n salman.
i agreed with eisen..srk and big b r both the finest actors in their own time.
the rivalry is all media made.
srk and finest actors…ouch….srk maybe popular but a fine actor he aint….
Big B is a legend and SRK the most poular star today, but not ever… Big B was huge in the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s – Rajesh Khanna also saw more hysteria than Bachchan on SRK.
If SRK is still as popular at 65 then you may even think of comparing, otherwise forget it!
The most popular actor EVER is Amitabh Bachchan. No actor has ever experienced the popularity he enjoyed in the early 80s. When he got injured on the sets of coolie, the whole country stopped to pray! This will never happen again for any actor.
SRK is just the most popular actor today, but not of all time.
Of course , no doubt !! BIG B is a legend, a phenomenon which occurs only once . That’s the reason he has been the ACTOR OF THE MELLINIUM . SRK is also popular actor but there is no comparison at all . There can be comparison if he sustains in the industry at the age of 65 and doing as many as blockbusters film as BIG B did . Can he ?? I suspect…So truly call BIG B as the SHAHENSHA of Bollywood !! Thats greater than BADSHAH isnt it …
Srk and Big B….hope see after BN..Both d Best…
can someone please tel me what movie is this scene from?. please…thanx
I really don’t think that Amitabh fans have to be so contemptuous of SRK…I love them both but it’s not SRK’s fault that he hasn’t been around as long as Amitabh! So I don’t think it’s fair to say that SRK is not a legend like Amitabh, only the most popular actor of today, when a lot of that has to do with timing and you have no proof that SRK’s legacy will not last just as long. They obviously obviously respect each other so I don’t see why we can’t do the same.
