Recently, Yash Raj Films instructed Sukhwinder Singh to choose another song instead of Chak De for the event organized by Zee.

Says Sukhwinder, “It is true that Yash Raj instructed me not to sing the title track of Chak De India over here.

I am just a singer. The final authority of the song lies with Yash Raj. So I did not question the request.” The issue arised over Zee Telefilms not paying Yashraj for the songs used by them on tele shows like Saregamapa.
