Rama Rama Kya Hai Dramaaa is touted to be a mad comedy centered at three married couples. The star cast comprises of actors including the likes of Anupam Kher, Ashish Chaudhury, Rajpal Yadav, Neha Dhupia, Amrita Arora and Rati Agnihotri amongst the others.
Santosh (Rajpal Yadav) desires for a humble house wife who pays heed to his orders and respects him. To meet his needs, Santosh marries a small town girl Shanti (Neha Dhupia). Santosh is devastated after discovering that his wife is right opposite to the woman he had thought for.
In quest of happiness, Santosh starts dreaming of other women as his wife, sowing the seeds of infidelity. On the other side, Prem (Ashish Chaudhury) is going through a bad phase in his marriage as his wife Khushi (Amrita Arora) is quite demanding.
The story matures to a different level when Anupam Kher and Rati Agnihotri (Mr & Mrs Khurana) are brought in the picture. The rest of the film explains the way in which Santosh and Prem go back to lead a happy married life.
