The war between two Bollywood biggies might soon be over, if one of them responds to the others offer.
It has been well reported in the media that veteran actor and current Indian film stalwart Amitabh Bachchan has had a slight tiff with self-proclaimed Mr. Perfection Aamir Khan, but now news comes that the latter has offered to apologise in person.
Two days ago Aamir personally rang up Amitabh’s secretary Rosy Singh and asked her if she could arrange a meeting between him and Amitabh. Rosy replied by saying that Amitabh is very busy shooting for the next few hours and that she would get back to him. However, neither Rosy nor Amitabh have got back in touch with Aamir, leading to further rumours that Amitabh may not want to kiss and make up.
In a recent interview, Aamir Khan called Amitabh’s hit flick Black ‘insensitive and manipulative’. Amitabh replied by saying, “Maybe my performaces do go over the top of his head.” Aamir then tried to apologise to Amitabh in his blog, but still put a little more salt in the wound by writing… “My big exception towards Black is the fact that a child with severe difficulties is shown being ill treated instead of being treated with love, care and understanding. I simply cannot come to terms with that no matter what the writer and director say in defense.”
Aamir has now offered his hand to Amitabh… it remains to be seen in Big B does accept the apology.
wat the f..k,these r all publicity stunts for this little frog named aamir khan for his new film taare zameen par,i hope he has made a good film about dyslexic children.but why does he want cheap publicity. he does not go to film award functions becoz he was not given the best actor award for hum hain raahi pyar ke…oh cmon shahrukh khan was brilliant n outstanding in baazigar,which made him a superstar he is today. so if he has set great standards for himself by not attending award functions,no interviews,no photo shoots….then fine,why does he want a cheap publicity using the greatest star of indian cinema amitabh bacchan.grow up little frog and come out of the well n see how big the world is.
Amitabh can act as a spoiled child to the other actors except for SRK cause he is bigger than Amitabh cause there is no one that is so ignorent to fall for his crap “angry man”.he took advantage of the corrupt,poor and uneducated india/pakistan system but not anymore!The era that belonged to Amitabh(70/80) was the weakest era ever!Now Bollywood is even global,non indians europe watchs it cause thanks to DDLJ,KKHH(read the book”King of bollywood,that sold over 10000 copies in 2 weeks)
Please Big B fans,dont insult him by naming him best actor ever cause,even he knows 1.he took advantage of the system and thats why his “magic” is not working any more-2.he knows that Dilip Saab,raj kapoor and SRK is better than him!

You talk about films being global now but are oblivious to the fact that hindi films reached more people during the 60s/70s. Have you ever travelled to places like Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Nigeria, Uganda, Lebanon, Russia?
Hindi films were a rage in these countries back then. If you go to egypt even today you will realise everyone knows Amitabh Bachchan. Ive travelled there and will tell you this from first hand experience.
Its just a media mis-conception that today they are bigger and more global. They are bigger in terms of technology and money but in terms of following from other nations and cultures they have gone backwards.
Todays films are just marketed and sold that everyone watches them but the truth is the PEAK of indian films took place in the 60s and 70s.
Even today in the countries i have mentioned only the old films are known, new films have no market, i dont know why this is the case? I have some nigerian friends and they keep talking about SHOLAY saying every nigerian has seen that film at least once. I asked him about current stars like SRK and they have no idea who he is is and more to the point are just not interested in new films.
There are also stories of Raj Kapoor being a household name in Russia. today new stars are not known at all in russia…
KingKhan you need to educate yourself about the history of indian cinema before you post..

I know a lot of people from the middleast that are fans of old bollywood films like Sholay, Amar Akbar Anthony, Mard. Yet they will not know any new films.
I dont know what happened from the mid80s onwards but the appeal of indian movies faded in the middleeast and africa.

I wrote that third world country(whick includes the africans and middle east except for saudi,egypt,UAE, and few more!His magic is not working any more cause it was not his acting that was good but it was his manupilating in the system of that era!Where are so called his fans(only black,baghban)beacme hit since his comeback!Sholay was the best movie cause of the strong script of the Akhtar-Khan duo!
King Khan proved that the roles Amitabh choose was to easy by acting in the remake of Don and now he wants to show the world Amitabhs FRAUD by acting in the remake of deewar!amar akbar anthony was his as the same reason as sholay the duo!try to watch amitabhs movies again and you will laugh at yourself cause you wont believe that you used to like that stuff!who watched the ending of shakti when Amitabh is crying at the shoulders of dilip saab?His acting was so bad and thats when i decide,he was not good!You are saying that he is bigger than Dilip saab?HAHA

Sholay was between Dharmendar and Amitabh so dont give trhe credit to Amitabh only!Amar akbar anthony was other 2 more in the star lead!europe,north america,south america they all almost know ´who srk is.My elders like amitabh too but i made my own reserch and decided there is better actors!Amitabhs influence is only in the reach of parts of india and parts of pakistan and those parts are porably uneducated,poor people!

KingKhan just because you dont like his acting there are millions that love his acting. BBC poll proved this sometime back, didnt see SRK in the poll??? Also its sad that you are using a 65 year old actor today to compare him to your hero. Lets wait when SRK is 65, no-one will be talking about him. I think only with time you will realise how wrong you are.
You said that ABs films were easy to do? Then what happened with DON with SRK???? Wasnt that a disaster?? In todays time there is better technology, better cameras, bottom line the film techinically is better. But with DON there was no magic at all. The 1978 DON with AB is a much better entertainment fare, far superior. I was laughing my head out aloud watching SRK dance to KHAIKE PAAN. Where is DON today???
Movies are not about money they are about magical moments. It was a sad insult when SRK was trying to recite the dialouges of AB in DON. Where was the manly voice, where was the charisma? Everything was missing. It seemed forced it almost seemed a like a cartoon.
KingKhan i want to to watch srk say “don ko pukarna mushkil nahin, namumkim hai” and then hear the ORIGINAL and how AB said it. One seems like a girl talking and the other seems like a MAN.
I just hope SRK does not try to make DEEWAR, that will again be another disaster. SRK lacks the class, the voice, and the acting to do this film.

Stop visiting the AB site(Ibos)don was a superhit,sorry and it managed it against jaane-mann wich stars 2 of the best 5 actors today(the other 3 are srk,aamir and hrithik!go to indiafm,go to boxofficeindia,go to every other site but the ibos(i think it is AB site!Srk acting in don was so good that AB got jelous!I read that he did not attend Aids show because of srk and you(his fans)are telling me that he is not childish?Come on guys,SRK made devdas in a convincing way and you did not see Dilip Saab jelous and i bet it was shakti the power that made AB coming back in the show biz!Grow up!

AB as DON had height, voice, charisma, style and looked stylish! The way he lights a cigarrete when he is in the room with helen is style personifed.
SRK in DON looked like a little boy who lacked charisma and was trying to act like a man, its for there for all too see, its just sad you cant see it…
