Hollywood actor Brat Pitt did apologise to the people of India at last, but denies the allegations of insulting them. Pitt lashed out saying that none of the crew or the arrested bodyguards had abused any of the parents or students at the Islamic school in South Mumbai. “As a film unit and as individuals we respect all religions and human beings,” Pitt, who is the producer of the film, was quoted as saying.
Earlier on friday morning, Angelina’s three bodyguards were arrested by Mumbai police for man-handling and racially abusing parents and students at the Anjuman-e-Islam school.
The apology from the Hollywood hearthrob came after the bodyguards were later released on bail. “We are committed to tolerance and human values. It is unthinkable that anyone would have uttered the things that are being attributed to them. But if any misunderstanding has been caused, we apologise for it,” Patt continued.
