According to Faisal Khan,there was no property dispute between Aamir and him.
He also said that if he was required to live with a relative, expressed preference for his father and not with his mother, sister or brother Aamir.
Faisal was reported to be missing since Sep 29 and was later found at the hill station of Lonavala.
