Two big power-house studios are to join up and make six mega budget flicks.
K Sera Sera has signed a deal with Sahara Motion Pictures that is reportedly worth Rs 100 crore; the first time two big companies are joining hands to co-produce Hindi movies.
A source at K Sera Sera confirmed, “We’ve been having many closed-door meetings with Sahara in the past few weeks but the deal has only just fallen through. We will produce films with them jointly and are looking at six films, which we plan to release in the near future. We have various actors and directors signed on under our banner and Sahara wanted to start big films and with this deal, they will be able to do so.”
One of the six films will star Govinda in the lead while the other will have Salman Khan. Sanjay Dutt is also contracted to star in three films with K Sera Sera. Sunny Deol is expected to feature in the sixth.
