Welcome (Singers: Shaan, Wajid, Soumya Raoh) Rating: 6/10
The soundtrack of Welcome starts off with a funny note. Trumpets and high volatile music gives the song the festive feel of celebration. Shaan, alongwith Soumya Raoh lend their voices to the major part of the track while Wajid croons in intermediate sections. Welcome suits the theme of the storyline and should become a rage as its video releases.
Hoth Rasiley (Singer: Shankar Mahadevan, Anand Raaj Anand, Shreya Ghoshal)
Rating: 5/10
Shankar Mahadevan, Anand Raaj Anand and Shreya Ghoshal team up for the noisy Hoth Rasiley. The music is too loud and dilutes the overall effect of the song. The song fails to leave any impact, except a negative one.
Tera Sarafa (Singer: Anand Raaj Anand, Shweta Pandit)
Rating: 5/10
Anand Raaj Anand teams up with Shweta Pandit to croon a rather confusing and equally upbeat Tera Sarafa. Confusing because, there is too much of instrumentation running through the song that leaves your juggling from one sound of music to another, and funny because you will notice Mallika shaking her hips with two of the worst dancers of Bollywood – Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar. On the whole, Tera Sarafa fails to revoke any enthusiasm.
Insha Allah (Singer: Himesh Reshammiya, Shaan, Krishna, Akruti Kakkar)
Rating: 3/10
Only Himesh can do this and he has done it yet again with Insha Allah. Serious warning to heart patients as this song may just be your flight to hell. The track starts off with a soothing saxophonic instrumentation, followed by the kicking music of today’s era, and then comes Himesh crooning Insha Allah like never before. He just throws in his voice at the highest possible pitch. Nothing more to say as Shaan and Akruti don’t lift the standard of the song, which is extremely polluted.
