Evan after 17 days of release in the United States of America, Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om continues to make money.
The film’s collections saw an expected drop of 64% in it’s third weeked of release, but still managed to gain a above per screen average of $2,406. The film is currently being shown in only 17 screens. Om Shanti Om’s total collections in America now stand at $3,421,520.
It’s rival, the Sanjay Leela Bhansali is also holding it’s own across the pond, as it nears the $1m dollor mark. The Ranbir Kapoor starrer took just over $35,000 this past weekend, and it’s total collections now stand at $885,574.
Om Shanti Om is at number 28, while Saawariya is at 47.
