Actress Bipasha Basu has been signed by Rajkumar Santoshi for his forthcoming film, Ashoka.
Bipasha will be seen in the role of Kaurwaki earlier played by Kareena Kapoor in Santosh Sivan’s Asoka.
Sas Santoshi, “We will begin shooting Ashoka at the end of February. It’s an historical film. Bipasha is paired with Ajay who plays the title role.”
