Hollywood beauty Angelina Jolie seems to be stuck in an Indian soup (make that curry!) with her much-talked about movie A Mighty Heart. The froth is thickening all around her as yet another controversy surrounds the movie, being extensively shot in South Mumbai. This time around, her body guard has been accused of creating chaos and racially abusing students and their parents at an Islamic school in South Mumbai.
The routine activities of the school were disturbed because of the shooting of the Jolie film. The body guards abused them on the basis of nationality and race that sparked agitation in the locality.
On Wednesday night, at a press conference set up for the media at the Taj hotel in S. Mumbai, Hindi media persons’ weren’t allowed to attend it. Only a few selected media persons were allowed to enter the Taj hotel for the press conference. The clear discrimination and uncalled-for behaviour from the Hollywood Diva will certainly anger the Indian press. So, can you please mind your manners and tame your bouncers, Ms. Haughty.
