Sandeep is somebody, who I’ve seen grow into a creative head. I’ve a certain softness for him, which will never go away.
But both of us needed a break from each other. He wants to work on his own and can’t work under anybody now. I’m happy for him.
Do you feel hurt when your protégés leave you?
I do feel depressed. But it’s a part of life. Henceforth, I’m going to invest only in my mom, my dad and myself.
Don’t you miss a man who would pamper you?
I’d rather pamper the man. I want somebody rough and tough. He should put me in my place (laughs).
