Chopra, who hasn’t directed any film after his cross-border love saga ‘Veer-Zaara’, also talked about his forthcoming venture which he plans to start in January next year.
“I don’t direct too many films these days because I am short of ideas. I can only make romantic movies. I’m finalising the script for my next film. I cannot make action movies and that is why Yash Raj produces movies made by young and talented directors,” Chopra said.
He is also looking forward to Yash Raj Films animation movie ‘Road Side Romeo’, which is being made in collaboration with Walt Disney. Chopra doesn’t want to compromise on quality and has allocated a huge budget for the film, which is expected to release sometime in June next year.
He said, “For the first time, we have an Indian animation movie with the quality of Disney animation.”
