On the whole, Om Shanti Om is entertaining but in parts. Barring a few portions of the film which are filled with humour, content and ‘fun’tastic music, the remaining plot is a blend of clinched form of entertainment. The high expectations from a highly talented cast and crew of Om Shanti Om gives out an average show this Diwali.

bs movie. farah khan is a total amateur behind the camera, shah rukh is ok. rent it on dvd, direction is poor, screenplay is poor, not a well told story. saawariya was better, and not by that much either. both bakwas, disappointing diwali!

Om Shanti Om is a fake movie…its good for kids…Deepika cannot act…shahrukh is his usual self…he seems to look like he is making a mockery of everyone in the industry..seems to be frustrated with life…shahrukh…remakes are not ur type…stick to working with ur camps and whenever u produce a movie..it flops..i guess u get the signal..and please start changing ur style of acting from film to film…u suit roles like Chak De…only …nowadays… Shahrukh Uncle….the Pepsi My can ad was rite..All the pple out there…u cn gv Om Shanti Om a miss and go for SAAWARIYA instead…Its good!!!

Please do not waste your time and money watching this movie. It is crap. SRK’s acting is terrible. The movie was boring and the story was silly. Please do not watch on big screen..you will fall asleep. Wait for DVD or VCD. That’s why only he could produce this movie…no one else was ready to put any money on this crap movie.

I seldom watch hindi movies. and I have fallen asleep in some. But this one was different. The reason why it is going to be a super duper hit is why karz became a cult classic. The story is superb and so is the climax. Totally unexpected. Role reversal, masala, action, magic is all there. The thing which gives hollywood a run for their money is the magic here.
