The secret contact detail spread like wild fire and Shilpa Shetty started receiving unnecessary calls and messages on her number.

Shilpa Shetty went on to report this incident to Cyber Crime branch, which is investigating the case. Likewise, the actress could have simply changed her number or blocked the calls/messages to ease her mess in a simpler way.
