Following up to my earlier story, the big-budget B.R. Films’ grand venture Mahabharat will have Amitabh Bachchan in it. The film is touted to be the longest movie in Indian cinema with a mamoth duration of 6 hrs. B.R. Films had earlier created history in Indian TV by their hugely successful adaptation of the great epic on the small screen.
Mahabharat is being said to have a huge glittery star cast. According to many industry sources, Rani is slated to play Draupadi in this grand movie and Amitabh will play Bhishm Pitama. Though, director Ravi chopra says about the movie that, “it’s still being scripted and the cast will take time to decide.”
The movie once made will be the most costly and long mythological film made in Indian cinema history.
