Yes it is Shah Rukh khan six packs abs fever …which is in the air ..but for Aryeman Ramsay it is mandatory as it is a requirement for his next film for which he is also undergoing extensive regime and work out to have the six packs abs look . .Aryeman is playing special cop in the film and the film has lot of action and stunts sequences

I m complete foodie the only thing i m missing is food cooked by mom on which i gorge but now its just the strict diet for me ..but have to give it up “to gain something you got aloose something ”
