Nagesh Kukunoor’s Akshay Kumar starrer Eight by Ten has been plagued by delays. The film, now called Eight by Ten, was earlier called Tasveer. Talking about the issues, Preet Bedi CEO of PPC says, “We lost around eight days due to visa problems and other issues. But the film is very much on schedule. We plan to release it in the last quarter of 2008.”
Talking about working with Akshay he says, “It feels great to be able to work with some one like Akshay. He’s time and again proved how versatile he is. He’s going to surprise everyone with this film.”

When asked why the title was changed from Tasveer to Eight by Ten, he adds, “Tasveer was never the final title. It was just the working title. There were some one who found it quite old fashioned, so we changed it to Eight by Ten. Since it’s a supernatural thriller the title goes well with it.
” A source on the film adds that Akshay will be sporting a different look in the coming schedule. “He’s experimenting with his look in the film. It’s definitely something to watch out for.”
