Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai has been confirmed to play an important role in Ben Kingsley latest film on Taj Mahal.

Says Ben, “The movie is on the building of the Taj Mahal. The romance will also include Shah Jahan’s isolation for years in a prison cell.”

Aishwarya was confirmed for the role during the shooting of Kingsley’s The Last Legion. The film on Taj Mahal is most likely to be shot in Agra next year.
