Shirish Kunder’s next directorial venture ‘Joker’ will star Akshay Kumar in the lead.

Asking Shirish about the other characters in the film, he said “I am still casting for the film. I am yet to finalise my super villain and heroine, for which I am looking for a brilliant dancer and also the second male lead.”

Shirish will start shooting for Joker only in January 2009. Apart from that, Shirish is also making ambitious moves to produce movies of other directors.
