hope if Shahid and Amrita can get te best Actor and Actress Award this year .this is the best movie so far of the current year and better than all those of S.Barjatiya’s previous Movies. The chemistry between Shahid and Amrita is awesome. They looked so simple and so innocent
Sooraj Ji please caste them in another os your movie.

nice and sweet movie. in the age of glamour a simple movies like this charms every heart. it reminds me of chitchor, akhiyon ke jharokhon se and many others Rajshree had given us. people who speak about openness and livein relationships, even they themelves wont like to go for such open things. indians are basically custure respecting and will remain so for all times to come- what is a country without its culture and value- Vivaah come true on all counts and Suraj Barjatya deserves best of greetings from all of us. shahid and amrita were fabulous. *****/5 star status and keep going rajshree

Well Comment about VIvah..Loved the movie I am getting engaged in December.Yeah,It is arranged marriage.I just can’t believe a story as simple yet so touching.Great movie love to see it with my Fiancee (I know not possible so i will buy a DVD and gift her the Movie as engagement gift).I hope she like it…;-)

unreal movie..absolutely breathtaking.finally a movie that u feel for the characters. theres in no dount that while in theatre, some scenes will make u smile and some will get u in tears and some will make u think about how pure and beautiful arranged marriages are..i always believed that there is nothing wrong with arranged marriages like people say it is.i have nothing against love marriages but to be honest if u see in the record books, about 90%arranged marriages work and about 60% in love marriages.so that proves it.but anyway, this movie is amazinggg.it will make you feel that there is some good that persists and thas whats running this world..must watch movie

Ummmm I have NO idea why people think this is the best movie or something. I felt it was total waste of time!! it�s so slowww there is no story until in the last 25min of the movie. It seems so old fashioned and fake! Even on screen it seems as if it�s a 19th century film. It�s not doing good over seas either, it might only work in India cuz woman�s who have no work might enjoy this movie as it is a family movie in which sex or at least making out is implied but NEVER DONE hehe.. not being rude just the truth. Take it or leave it, but don�t get upset over it!.. socha na tha was wayyy better marriage movie where it actually reflected our today. Vivaah sucks big time! (PEOPLE OVER the age of marriage will love this movie, especially those who have got arranged marriage lol)

i think vivah is better than Hum Apke Hai Kaun or MPK it protrays love and innocence and only Shahid and Amrita can do this innocence. Rani or priety or even Shahrukh or salman can do this roles that Shahid and Amrita has done tremondoudly marvelous job with this. Ofcourse Sooraj gets credit for story line.

I totally agree with this review. I think the movie was superb!I loved the pairing ,the acting(of all),the direction ,the costumes everything……. I would love to watch it again in the hall.this one is the biggest hit of the year. Sooraj please make another movie with this pair.

the reveiw is so true about the movie,it’s amaziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing,great,totally fab and i’m really out of words for this one. this movie is a great relief at time of boring cinema like umrao jaan. amrita-shahid look great with each other i think they should work more together.

i would like to say that this movie was amazin. i tink everyone did an amazin job in dis film.I love the scene of mujhe haq hai and the end scene how shahid takes care of amarita.A tear came to ma eye….A must see film.Nice n simple story.No bad scences nice n lovely costumes also.

i see “VIVah” first show.in start to end yhis is a fantastic movie which have lot of entertainment.this is a famil-drama,rommantic movie.i tottly empressed with acting of amrita rao.and other sahid kapoor alok nath are also doing good performance.the locations in movies tottly mind bloing.this will going biggest blockbusters of the year.i gave ***** marks to films.once time come and ses this movie.you all invited

I completely agree with this review, it is a great film and stands out among the skin showing lot of moviies coming out these days.
It is a very young subjectb and will make you laugh and cry all through. I agree the best part of the film is the last half and man it is awesome you have to see AMRITA RAO is it she is just ahead of her times so much so that one wonders if even rani, priety etc. would have benn able to do this.
It is a must watch for every one

Man! Wht a relief!
I was upset with the previous review posted by the Gr8 Mr. Tony. i can’t even say he’s wrong as the opening of the movie ain’t pull a lot of croud but not to forget he also mentioned that the movie will do in it’s long run.
Thanks for this beautifull review will pull the radio sargam crowd atleast well as a story teller we all agree that sooraj always have done a decent job! no matter the 4th one fail to impress the audiance but i watch MPKDH atleast 5 times it’s a touchy movie so is i was keeping ma fingures cross for Vivah and its been gr8 to hear the vocals of our Gr8 Kumar Sanu one’s again. wishing all the best for sooraj n his team specially Shahid and Amrita

I agree totally with the review. I really enjoyed the movie. The best thing about the movie is the chemistry of the couple and sheer presence of Shahid. He is going to gain a lot of fan following (if hasn’t yet). the best scene in the movie was the suhaag raat, husband taking care of his bride and making her feel beautiful. Now that’s what I call a really commitment and bond between two souls. A must see film.
