There is some bad news for all you guys reading this piece. Urmila Matondkar has turned a singer. The glamorous babe is now busy lending her voice to Asha Bhonsle’s new album and is already taking up lessons from none other than the legendary singer Asha Bhonsle. In her new album, Asha shares the mike with many of her close friends in the industry including Urmila.
There are several other actors in Bollywood who have taken up singing for a change. Remember..Aati kya khandala.., wasn’t Amir so admirable? And Apun Bola.. by Shahrukh in Josh. That must have scared many of our stationed singers in Bollywood. And among the ladies Priyanka Chopra, Juhi Chawla, Rekha etc. have sung for a couple of their own flims.
But guys tell me, Urmila, behind the mike, now who cares if she’s wearing a saree or a bikini. Hunhh!
