Movie Review: 50 Lakh (2007)
Published by  Webmaster  at 08:17:12 pm on October 5, 2007

Unexpectedly, the film does well in the first half but the lack of concept and experience directs the film towards a piece of meaningless bore.

Moreover, if you thought that the second half can be digested then beware as the film focuses on all the filmy elements of binding a story which fails at the very threshold. The comedy sequences are no less than melodrama.

The film is over stretched which makes it unbearable. It is only the first 20-30 minutes that provide something chilly and realistic.

Cinematography is strictly okay. Dialogues are ordinary. Screenplay and Script are weak.

Actingwise, Pawan Malhotra enacts his role with ease and confidence, something that is witnessed in his body language. Mohit and Shashank lack acting skills and need to work hard for a better future in the acting arena.

The film’s business is largely going to be affected by the lack of publicity. Moreover, the film has not even seen an all-India release. Adding to this, is the poor screen show which may not attract ‘favourism’ through the word of mouth.

  1. This is one of the most riduculous reviews I’ve ever read. It showcases the lack of knowledge this esteemed reviewer has. It shows that this idiot has nothing in his head than pure mud and is venting his ‘creative bullshit’ by writing whatever pleases him. It’d suit him well to introspect his credentials before writing this. He failed to realize the efforts that went into making this low-budget but high action thriller movie and simply decries everything. No wonder radiosargam has such low clicks. The moment it rids off him, only can it sustain over the long run. Overall, this review is a damp squib. Can someone block this nincompoop?
