Deepa Mehta, known for her films like Fire, Water and Earth has placed her much ambitious project titled ‘Exclusion’ on hold.

Says Deepa, “ It’s a script I’m writing on my own. With my father’s death and my mother moving to Toronto with me, I’m in no mood to apply my thoughts to a script.”

The film stars Amitabh Bachchan and John Abraham in the lead roles.
