Recently, during the music launch of Om Shanti Om, Shah Rukh made it clear that his home production Om Shanti Om, directed by good friend Farah Khan, is not a spoof on Hindi cinema of the 70s.

Says Shah Rukh, “ I feel the biggest USP of the movie is that it seriously recreates the era of 1970s and I consider this as my achievement as a producer.”

The storyline of OSO juggles between two eras, wherein Shah Rukh will be seen portraying a double role since Mahesh Bhatt’s Duplicate.
