EXCLUSIVE REVIEW BY HANUMANT BHANSALI
Ganaa Ganaa Di (Singers: Shankar Mahadevan, Amanat Ali, Aneek Dhar, Nirupama Dey) Rating: 5/10
The soundtrack of Bal Ganesh begins with a westernized Ganaa Ganaa Di. With Shankar Mahadevan leading the proceedings, it takes the group effort of Amanat Ali, Aneek Dhar and Nirupama Dey for the completion of the track. A decent beginning to the soundtrack.
Ganaa Ganaa Di (Singers: Asha Bhonsle, Junaid Sheikh, Mauli Dave, Sumedha Karmahe, Rishi) Rating: 4/10
This version of Ganaa Ganaa Di is sung by Asha Bbhinsle alongwith a few new singers like Junaid Sheikh, Mauli Dave, Sumedha Karmahe and Rishi. The song showcases the lack of experience of the new singers who try hard to be heard in the song.
Haathi Ka Bal, Akal, Shakal (Singers: Sanchita Bhattacharya, Sameer Mohammad, Pavni, Raj Pandit ) Rating: 3/10
Haathi Ka Bal, Akal, Shakal is a sincere attempt in making an annoying number. The song is horribly interspersed with English and Hindi lyrics, made worse by the rendition of immature singers like Sanchita Bhattacharya, Sameer Mohammad, Pavni, Raj Pandit. Forged with an irritating tune, this jingle has nothing to offer.
Aao Sunaata Hoon Sabko (Singers: Hariharan,Lavanya, Siddhant Bhonsle, Ketkee ) Rating: 4/10
Is it necessary to present a fun filled animation film with such dull and bore tunes. Like in Aao Sunaata Hoon Sabko, it merely takes a few seconds before you doze off. Though, Hariharan tries to blend his classical notes with pop, it hardly makes a difference for a listener.
