Daler Mehndi, who sued Yash Raj Films for a whopping amount of one crore has withdrawn his legal complaint after he bumped into a repentant Shaad Ali.
Mehndi mellowed down when he met Abhishek Bachchan and Shaad Ali at Empire Studios last week.
Says Mehndi, “Shaad didn’t apologise directly but his behaviour said it all. I could see repentance in his eyes. He met me very warmly. I then decided that I should not carry this fight any further. Thereby, I called up my lawyer and asked him to do the needful.”
