Sophie Chaudhury has known Sanjay Gupta from many years.

Says Sophie, “ He has watched me grow in my career through the various things that I’ve done. I remember how excited he was about Alibaug from last year when he first thought of making it.

I flew in from abroad last week. The same evening I was doing a role in Alibaug. I play a character called Nisha, a very strong independent woman. It is the way I am in real life.”
