Movie Review: Dhol (2007)
Published by  Webmaster  at 05:48:03 pm on September 21, 2007

Musically, Dhol works in parts and will be liked with the visuals. Piyush Shah’s cinematography has a styled outlook of director Priyadarshan. Dialogues are okay.

Actingwise, all the actors look competent in their roles. Right from Sharman Joshi to Rajpal Yadav, each actor breathes in a new twist in the complacent tale.

Actress Tanushree Dutta is lost in the brigade of four boyz; and so is Payal Rohatgi, who actually never had a role in the first place. Om Puri is naturally good.

The film may necessarily get the tag of a ‘paisa vasool’ but yes it is something you will love to catch up with a group of pals. Going with a weird outlook at cinema will help while watching the hilarious scenes.
