Hottie Rakhi Sawant has signed her new film to be directed by Shammi Kapoor’s son Mickey Kapoor.

The film is going to be a musical is based on a autobiography.

Titled as Balti Devi: Queen Of Southall A Musical, the film will narrate the story of a poor Southall girl who dances and sings her way to stardom.
