Indra Kumar, who earlier entertained us with films like Ishq, Masti and Pyare Mohan is back to create Dhamaal at the box office with a star cast comprising of top line comic actors like Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Ritesh Deshmukh, Jaaved Jaffery and Aashish Chowdhury.
Coming to the plot, the film revolves around a epic chase between four friends and a lawkeeper.
Deshbandhu Roy (Riteish Deshmukh) considers himself to be a born detective. Manav Shrivastav (Javed Jaffery) is simply the best idiot in the world. His elder brother, Aditya Shrivastav’s (Arshad Warsi) incomplete knowledge about everything adds to the overall confusion of the gang.
Lastly, its Boman Contractor, who is scared of everything single thing in the world, greatest fear being his own father Nari Contractor, played by Asrani.
So what do these four adorable fools do to earn their livings? Simple, con jobs. One day, while saving a dying man, Bose (Prem Chopra), they learn about the mother of all lotteries.
Lying on the bed of death, Bose reveals the secret of the hidden millions. Kabir Nayak (Sanjay Dutt), a police inspector, had been chasing Bose over the last ten years in quest of his desperate promotion.
On finding him dead, he starts questioning the four delighted fools, who were the last men beside the dead body.
Somehow, the foursome manages to escape from the hands of Kabir, who is not going to give up so easily.
