Bollywood superstar Bobby Deol has proved to be a disaster at the UK Box Office, as his latest release Nanhe Jaisalmer flops.
The film, in which Bobby plays a real life version of himself, entered the charts at an unexpected number 32. With earlier releases Dhamaal and Heyy Babyy still higher up. Even a low budget Punjabi flick starring singer turned actor Harbhajjan Mann, Mitti Wajan Mardi, gained a substantial 16 places more than this kiddie flop-show.
Eros, who are the distributors behind this film, were not expecting huge business from this film but even then they did not expect this. The film was shown in only 10 screen, to be on the safe side, and even then managed a bleak total of $7,929. That’s only $7,929 per screen average.
