Harbhajjan Mann is the apple of every Punjabi’s eye as he keeps rocketing to success in the United Kingdom.
The singer turned actor has scored another hit, his third in the UK in a row, with his latest release Mitti Wajjan Mardi (aka Mitti Awaazan Mardi).
The Punjabi flick has managed to score a total of $117,768 by just showing on 11 screens. This is an average of just over $10,700. The film from the Adlabs studio entered the charts at number 16.
It seems Harbhajjan has built himself up a nice niche, beating even the first week opening of Himesh Reshammiya’s Aap Ka Suroor. The film was shown on far lesser screens than the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Chak De India, but has still managed to score a higher per screen average.
