Akshay Kumar has been signed up by director duo Abbas-Mustan for a film to be produced under the label of Venus Records and Tapes Pvt Ltd.
Venus have also roped in David Dhawan and Priyadarshan for another two films, with a total budget for all three films at Rs 60 crores.
This will be the fourth time that Akshay has worked with Abbas-Mustan, after Khiladi, Ajnabee, and Aitraaz. The last released movie from the director duo, Naqaab starring Bobby Deol, Akshaye Khanna and Urvashi Sharma flopped. They also have Mr. Fraud (Sanjay Dutt, Bipasha Basu) currently under production.
