Johnny Gaddar marks the debut of Shankar Ehsaan and Loy as music producers.

The trio has not charged anything for the making of the music, instead they are guaranteed a share in the music sales across all platforms of music distribution.

According to the musical trio, “Being music producers definitely motivates you more, because you know that you own the product. Till date we have had to seek permission to recreate our own song, but now we are owners of the product.”
