Remember Bachke Rehna Re Baba? The shattering rip off of Hollywood hit ‘Heartbreakers’, starred Rekha and Mallika in the lead. But the provoking posters of Mallika could not save the film from biting the dust.

In a topsy-turvy affair, its remake in Telugu down South, is having a great run at the box office.

Titled Theneteegalu, the film has been fiercely promoted using Mallika’s provocative images on the posters. As a result, the film distributors are enjoying the moolah made out of it.
