Bollywood actor Salman Khan missed the flight to Jodhpur, where it took very little for the judge to reject his appeal against his conviction in the Chinkara poaching case.
Thereby, Salman Khan will go to jail for spend his 5 year long sentence. His lawyer S.R. Bajwa was shocked at the judgement and said that he will challenge the verdict in the High Court. The Jodhpur Sessions court rejected Salman’s plea of 10 days to surrender on health grounds.
According to filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, “The verdict against Salman Khan showed that no one was above the law.” He also extended his sympathies towards Salman’s family, especially his father Salim Khan.
